Shipping Policy

At Wild Sky Coffee, we currently ship to New Zealand and Australia.

We keep shipping simple, with straightforward rates and no surprises at checkout.

New Zealand

Free shipping on all orders.

Orders are dispatched from New Zealand using a tracked delivery service.

Delivery times will vary depending on your location, but most orders should arrive within 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural deliveries may take a little longer.

Australia

Flat-rate shipping: A$15

Orders are dispatched using a tracked international delivery service.

Most Australian orders should arrive within approximately 5–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, the carrier and customs processing.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive tracking information where a tracked service is available.

Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates rather than guarantees. Occasionally, delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays or customs processing.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Information

Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, appears to have been damaged in transit, or doesn't arrive, please contact us as soon as possible at info@wildskycoffee.com.

Please include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of any damage so we can investigate and help resolve the issue.

Your consumer rights under applicable New Zealand or Australian consumer law are not affected by anything in this Shipping Policy.

International Shipping

We currently ship only to New Zealand and Australia.
